| Dr. Joyce Drayton is a board-certified infectious disease specialist and an expert in the care of people living with HIV. After graduating from medical school with honors at the age of 23, Dr. Drayton became board certified in both internal medicine and infectious disease medicine. She opened her private practice in September of 2003 after eight years in academia. During her eight years as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine, her research and academic interests included the epidemiology of syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases, integrative medicine, as well as HIV/AIDS and women.
